ICEYE has secured a €300 million, three-year committed revolving credit facility, adding fresh financing capacity as demand grows for space-based sovereign intelligence services.

The Helsinki-based company said the facility will be used to support guarantees tied to customer contracts, fund continued business growth, and provide a liquidity backstop. Citi and Danske Bank acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Mandated Lead Arrangers, with the financing backed by a seven-bank syndicate spanning Nordic, regional, and global lenders.

ICEYE operates a synthetic aperture radar satellite constellation and provides persistent monitoring and intelligence services across defense and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, and emergency management. The new facility follows a year in which the company said it doubled in size, highlighting continued lender interest in businesses tied to defense, resilience, and critical intelligence infrastructure.
