Berlin-based Theo has raised €25 million in a Series A round to scale its AI system for real estate operations.
The round includes an equity investment from existing backer Insight Partners, which pre-empted the financing, alongside a debt facility from funds and accounts managed by BlackRock. Theo said its total funding now stands at €36 million.
Founded in 2023, Theo builds AI software for property ownership and operations through its platform, Prosa. The system handles tasks including bookkeeping, maintenance, letting, and sales, using a proprietary knowledge graph designed to model real-world assets.
The funding comes after a year in which Theo said revenue grew 400%. The company also said it now serves more than 25,000 apartments on its platform, underscoring investor interest in AI tools aimed at modernising the operational side of real estate.
