Berlin-based Nomerra has raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by 14Peaks Capital, with participation from Redstone Fintech and individual investors from firms including KKR and Intapp.

Founded by Johannes Gebendorfer and Jakob Zacherl, the company develops AI software for enterprise asset servicers and asset managers. Its platform connects with existing systems such as ERPs, banking platforms, email, and document storage to help automate document-heavy workflows across fund accounting, treasury, and transfer agency.

Nomerra said the new funding will be used to expand its engineering team and support growing demand for AI tools among private market firms in Europe and the United States. The round reflects continued investor interest in vertical AI companies targeting operational bottlenecks in financial infrastructure.
