Düsseldorf-based proptech startup Reltix has raised a €3 million pre-seed round to build an AI operating system for the real estate industry.
The company launched last year as an operating property management business, using its own service layer to generate the data and workflows behind the software it is developing. Reltix says this approach is designed to address a sector still defined by fragmented processes and legacy systems.
According to the company, it has grown to more than 30 employees, surpassed €1 million in ARR, and now manages more than 4,000 units in less than a year on the market.
Reltix, based in Düsseldorf, describes its longer-term goal as creating an open operating system for real estate that can connect property management with partners across areas including energy, banking, and construction.
