Sloneek, a London-based HR software company, has raised $6 million in a new funding round backed by Orbit Capital and Venture to Future Fund.
The company said the investment will be used to strengthen its AI capabilities for HR teams, with a focus on agentic HR tools. It also plans to expand integrations with widely used services, including job boards and payroll systems, as companies look to reduce manual administrative work across hiring and workforce operations.
Alongside product development, Sloneek said it will use the funding to support international expansion. Poland is a near-term priority, where the company plans to build a local team, with the UK identified as the next market in its growth plans.
