Madrid-based Orbio has raised $21 million in Series A funding in a round led by Dawn Capital, as the company looks to expand its AI-based platform for managing frontline workers.
Founded in 2025 by Sergi Bastardas, Nacho Travesí, and Antonio Melé, Orbio builds AI agents that help businesses handle recruiting, onboarding, performance monitoring, and employee check-ins across the frontline workforce. The company says customers include Poke, YUM! Brands, and The Stepping Stones Group.
With the new round, Orbio says it has raised $26 million to date from investors including Visionaries and 2100 Ventures. The fresh capital will be used to hire talent and develop additional AI agents as the company expands its product offering.
