Berlin-based enterprise software startup Qorelo has raised $3.5 million in seed funding just five months after its founding, in an early sign of investor interest in AI tools aimed at large-scale ERP transformation work.

The round was co-led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures, with participation from 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures, and Angel Invest.

Qorelo is building an AI-based platform designed to automate significant parts of functional ERP transformation projects, including analyzing existing ERP landscapes, documenting requirements, structuring projects, and creating a central knowledge base for stakeholders. The company said it will use the new funding to further develop the platform and expand its team.

The startup is entering a market shaped by growing pressure on enterprises to modernize ERP systems more quickly and with fewer delays. Qorelo already lists Mercedes-Benz among its reference customers, suggesting early demand for software that can help manage the complexity of major ERP migrations.
