The round included Y Ventures, Moonfire Ventures, Zeno Ventures, Combination VC and Orange Collective, with participation from Jawed Karim and a group of angel investors that includes Y Combinator alumni and founders with previous exits.
Openlaw said the new funding will be used to expand the product offering of beglaubigt.de in Germany, add more register processes and ongoing bookkeeping to the platform, and support its expansion across Europe. The company was founded by Alexander Sporenberg and Felix Gerlach.
