The round was led by Sure Valley Ventures and Delta Partners, with participation from Enterprise Ireland, Donnchadh Casey, Conor Jones, and several former Big Four auditors.
The company is building an audit-specific agentic AI platform designed to automate some of the most time-consuming parts of financial statement audits, including data requests, evidence gathering, transaction testing, and review workflows. Audrey AI said its software is designed to adapt to each firm’s audit methodology while providing explainable outputs aimed at maintaining transparency and compliance.
The new funding will be used to expand the company’s engineering and audit specialist teams and to support growth as it scales deployments with audit firms across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and other international markets.
