The round was co-led by Forgepoint Capital International, BNPP SIVF, and Bullhound Capital, with participation from a broad group of financial, corporate, and public investors. The company said the financing is expected to bring its total funding to $800 million, including prior rounds, and could remain open to additional strategic investors.
Multiverse said it will use the new capital to expand its library of efficient AI models, continue R&D on proprietary algorithms, invest in sovereign AI infrastructure and supporting software, and build out its presence in East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Canada, and the US.
The company is based in San Sebastian, Spain, though the deal adds to the broader flow of European AI investment as investors back businesses focused on lower-cost, lower-energy model deployment across edge and cloud environments.
