The company connects families and seniors with students for flexible support with everyday tasks, including companionship, grocery shopping, transport, childcare, cooking, housekeeping and yard work. Its digital platform uses AI-based matching, alongside screening tools, mobile apps, communication features and a voice agent for scheduling and customer support.
The round included Coformaco, Dries Buytaert, 100IN, Annemie Colruyt, Stef Goossens, Jan Delaere, Lorenz Bogaert, Toon Coppens, Piet Maes, Roeland Delrue and the Shaping Impact Si3 Fund.
Maurice & Nora said the capital will be used to support commercial growth, expand partnerships, hire new talent and further develop the platform. Planned investments include sales and marketing, AI matching, voice capabilities and enterprise-grade scalability.
The raise comes roughly a year after launch, as the startup positions itself at the intersection of care, flexible work and applied AI.
