Amsterdam-based HousApp has raised €4.3 million in seed funding, the company announced on 2 July 2026. The round was led by Arches Capital and Antler, with participation from a group of angel investors.

Founded in 2025, HousApp develops AI-powered software for real estate agents, aiming to streamline agency workflows through automation. The company says it now serves more than 2,200 agents.

HousApp said the new funding will be used to accelerate product development, support growth, and hire engineering talent as it builds out its platform for the real estate sector.
