H2SITE, a Bilbao-based industrial hydrogen technology company, has completed a second closing of its Series B round, bringing the total raised to more than €42 million.

The new investment adds the EIC Fund and a private investor to the cap table. Existing participants from the first closing included BEV, Suma Capital, Hy24, Crane, Enagás Emprende, Calderion and CRPV.

H2SITE develops hydrogen production and separation technology for energy and industrial applications. The company said the new funding will support manufacturing growth, international expansion, entry into key markets including Asia, and the execution and commercialization of large-scale industrial hydrogen projects.

The round reflects continued investor backing for hydrogen infrastructure and industrial decarbonization technologies as companies move from technology validation toward commercial deployment.
