Definic, the Vendor Intelligence startup formerly known as Nordics, has raised a $2.9 million seed round as it begins its next phase of growth and rebrands under a new name.
The round was led by J&T Ventures, with participation from Seed Starter ČS, part of Česká spořitelna, and Slovak Investment Holding. Definic said the funding will support expansion across the DACH region, the UK, and the United States, while also accelerating product development.
The company builds a platform for enterprise procurement teams to evaluate vendor fit, project requirements, and live market pricing for external IT services. Definic says the software is designed to help large organizations shorten tender cycles and improve visibility into vendor selection decisions.
