Copenhagen-based Returnflows has raised DKK 6 million from a syndicate of founders and operators, including Formalize founders Kristoffer Abell, Magnus Boye, and Jakob Lilholm, along with DanDomain co-founder Jesper Aggerholm.

The startup develops software designed to improve the e-commerce returns process, replacing manual and fragmented workflows with tools for handling, managing, and analyzing returns, as well as enabling product exchanges.

Returnflows said it will use the new funding to accelerate investment in the business and support its European expansion, starting with Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. The deal adds fresh backing to a category drawing more attention as online retailers look to reduce friction and costs in the post-purchase experience.
