ClearOps has raised €8.6 million in a Series A round led by Hitachi Ventures, with participation from Schoeller Group and Barkawi Group. The company said the financing marks its first institutional capital raise.

The startup develops an AI-powered after sales operating system for industrial OEMs. Its platform connects manufacturers, dealers, ecosystem partners, and machines in a single system designed to support predictive and increasingly automated service and parts workflows without replacing existing software.

The new funding will be used to accelerate ClearOps’ goal of becoming the AI operating system for global OEM after sales operations, a segment drawing more attention as industrial companies look to reduce downtime, improve parts availability, and modernize fragmented service networks.
