The company is developing AI agents designed to handle revenue-related customer interactions in real time across voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp. Its platform targets moments where businesses often lose revenue through slow follow-up, including cold leads, failed payments, missed conversion opportunities and churn signals.
Outcraft AI says its system can take actions such as calling customers, recovering payments and booking meetings without a human bottleneck. Early customers include Pulsetto, Omnisend and Warmy.io.
The new funding will be used for continued product development, expansion of go-to-market efforts, enhancement of the platform’s capabilities and entry into additional markets.
