Berlin-based Zelara has raised €3 million in pre-seed funding, according to cofounder Nikolas Schriefer. The round was led by NAP, with participation from HEARTFELT_ and Angel Invest.

Zelara is building an AI lifecycle marketing platform designed to generate personalized content, determine how to engage users, and learn from customer interactions over time. The company says its system aims to improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value by moving beyond broad segmentation and static customer journeys.

The new funding will be used to further develop Zelara’s core learning system and extend the product across additional touchpoints, including CRM, landing pages, funnels, and full app experiences.
