White Circle, a Paris-based AI control platform, has raised $11 million in seed funding as companies look for more ways to manage how AI systems behave in production.

The round includes backing from Romain Huet of OpenAI, Durk Kingma of Anthropic, Guillaume Lample of Mistral, and Thomas Wolf of Hugging Face. White Circle builds software that sits between users and AI models, checking prompts and responses in real time against company-specific policies.

The funding will be used to expand the team, speed up product development, and grow its customer base across the U.S., U.K., and Europe. The raise highlights growing investor interest in tools designed to monitor and constrain AI systems as businesses move beyond experimentation and deploy models in live workflows.
