Vivici, a precision fermentation startup based in Oegstgeest, Netherlands, has secured €12.5 million in grant funding through the European Innovation Council Accelerator Program.
Founded in 2023, the company develops functional dairy protein ingredients under its Vivitein portfolio. The new funding will be used to expand market access and supply for those ingredients, while also supporting further innovation aimed at customers and consumers.
The award comes as Vivici broadens commercialization of its protein ingredients in the US, including the recent rollout of Vivitein LF following the launch of its flagship Vivitein BLG.
