Italian insurtech ViteSicure has closed the first tranche of its Series A round, raising €2.5 million to support its next stage of growth in the life and personal protection market.
The round included follow-on backing from existing shareholders and brought in two new strategic investors, Ad4Ventures of the MFE Group and Net Insurance of the Poste Vita group. At the same time, €2 million in SAFEs subscribed in 2023 by CDP Venture Capital through the Rilancio Fund, Apside, Reale Group, and a network of business angels were converted into equity.
The funding comes as the company says it reached break-even and positive EBITDA at the end of 2025. ViteSicure plans to use the new capital to strengthen its presence in Italy, expand distribution channels, upgrade its technology platform with a focus on AI, develop new products, and increase investment in marketing and branding.
The deal underlines continued investor interest in insurtech models focused on distribution, embedded insurance, and digital product development in Italy’s insurance market.
