Berlin-based climate tech startup VARM has raised €17.5 million in a Series A round led by ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund, with GET Fund as co-lead. Aurum Impact joined as a new investor, while Emerge VC, Pale blue dot, and noa also participated.
Founded in 2023, VARM focuses on home insulation for single-family and multi-family buildings, combining skilled trades with digital processes to make full-service insulation more scalable. The company said the new funding will be used to scale execution, grow its team, and further develop its technology as it expands across Europe.
The raise comes as building efficiency and heating costs remain in focus across the region, putting more attention on startups working to modernize insulation delivery at scale.
