Telli develops AI software for customer-facing operations, targeting B2C companies that manage sales, service, and support across channels such as voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. At the center of its platform is Charlie, an AI coworker designed to help teams deploy agents, connect internal systems, analyze conversations, and improve performance.
The company said its AI agents already handle millions of conversations for customers including Sky, Enpal, and Vaillant. The funding comes as more businesses look to automate high-volume customer interactions while adapting to a wider range of communication channels and growing interest in AI-powered service tools.
