The company said it will use the new capital to expand service to fintechs and banks across Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, while continuing to invest in Marble, its core banking platform.
The funding comes shortly after Augustus received conditional approval for a U.S. national bank charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in May. Augustus is building an API-first platform designed to give international fintechs and banks direct access to dollar accounts and payment rails, including Swift, ACH, SEPA, and stablecoins, through a federally chartered bank structure.
The raise highlights continued investor interest in infrastructure players aiming to modernize correspondent banking and cross-border financial access.
