Paris-based HR software company Skello has raised €200 million in a deal that brings Bridgepoint Development Capital on board as a minority shareholder alongside the company’s founders and existing investors Partech and XAnge.
Announced on July 6, 2026, the investment will support Skello’s expansion across Europe and its efforts to build an AI HR management platform for frontline teams.
Founded in 2016, Skello develops workforce planning and HR software used across hospitality, retail, healthcare, construction and services. The company says its platform helps managers manage scheduling, payroll-related processes, recruitment and administrative work, with a growing emphasis on AI-powered automation for operational teams.
The funding marks a new phase for Skello as it looks to move beyond scheduling and team management into a broader HR system built for field-based staff and their managers.
