London-based healthtech company Semble has raised £30 million in a Series C funding round led by Revaia, with participation from new investor Partech and existing backers Mercia Ventures and Octopus Ventures.

Semble develops a healthcare management platform for outpatient providers, connecting different stages of the patient journey across diagnostics, billing, labs and CRM systems. The company says its platform integrates with more than 1,200 tools and is used by solo clinicians, group practices and enterprise healthcare organisations.

The new funding is set to support expansion across the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on strengthening Semble’s position in France and growing its reach among larger healthcare groups. The company also plans to invest further in its AI care orchestration platform as providers look to replace fragmented systems with more connected infrastructure.
