London-based supply chain security company Risk Ledger has raised £24 million in a Series B round, bringing its total funding to £33.8 million.

The round was led by Axiom Equity, with participation from existing investor Mercia Ventures. Risk Ledger said the new capital will be used to grow its network, deepen the intelligence shared across it, build more AI tools to automate reviews and identify risk signals, and support expansion into the US.

Founded in 2018, Risk Ledger develops a network-first platform designed to help organizations assess supply chain cyber risk by connecting companies and suppliers through standardized, continuously updated assessments. The funding reflects continued investor interest in cybersecurity tools focused on third-party and supply chain exposure.
