London-based Reformed has raised an oversubscribed $22 million Series A round led by Iris Ventures, with participation from JamJar Investments, V3 and FoodLabs.

Founded in 2024 by Neil Saada and Neil Marrakchi, Reformed sells instant coffee and matcha drinks formulated with nutritional ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, functional mushrooms, collagen and creatine.

The company said it will use the new funding to strengthen its leadership team and support a U.S. launch in the third quarter of this year.

The round highlights continued investor interest in functional food and drink brands, particularly those combining convenience with wellness-focused products.
