The round was led by Primo Capital SGR, with participation from Wayra (Telefónica), Cadenza VC, Club degli Investitori angels, HPE, and Bacchus Venture Capital. Including earlier backing from investors such as Alumni Ventures and the University of Toronto, the company said it has now raised a total of $16 million.
Quantum Bridge said the new funding will be used to accelerate the shift toward quantum-safe cybersecurity infrastructure and support its scale-up as financial institutions, telecom networks, governments, and defence organizations respond to rising concerns about quantum-era security risks.
The company develops quantum-safe cybersecurity technology designed to work across existing infrastructure and security layers. Its patented Distributed Symmetric Key Establishment protocol is aimed at helping organizations generate, distribute, and manage cryptographic keys through a decentralized architecture.
