OpusDNS GmbH, a domain registrar and management infrastructure provider based in Regensburg, Germany, announced on May 20, 2026 that it has acquired domain monetization platform fruits.co for an undisclosed amount.

The companies said fruits.co will continue to operate as an independent platform, with its full team remaining in place following the deal. OpusDNS said the acquisition is intended to bring together its registrar and domain management infrastructure with fruits.co’s monetization capabilities as part of a broader effort to build an open, next-generation domain platform.

The move comes less than a year after OpusDNS launched and reflects continued consolidation and product expansion in the domain services market. No financial terms or valuation were disclosed.
