NeuralTrust, a Barcelona-based startup focused on securing and scaling AI agents, has raised a $20 million seed round announced on June 17, 2026.

The round was led by Alstin Capital, with participation from VentureFriends, Seaya, Kibo Ventures, Banc Sabadell, EA Ventures Plug and Play Fund, and Finaves, the venture capital fund of IESE Business School. The company is also backed by public funding from the European Innovation Council and Spain's State Research Agency.

The funding will be used to expand engineering, deepen integration across NeuralTrust’s platform, and support growth across the European market. It will also help the company broaden coverage across AI models, tools, and platforms as enterprises adopt larger numbers of autonomous AI systems.

NeuralTrust builds software that helps organizations identify, secure, and govern AI agents operating across their systems. The raise reflects growing investor interest in infrastructure and security tools designed for enterprise AI deployment, as companies move AI agents from experimentation into production.
