London-based Mobius provides investment administration services to institutional and wealth clients across pensions and retirement markets. The company says it serves more than 600 clients and oversees more than £30 billion in assets under administration through an open-architecture platform that connects clients to a wide range of investment opportunities.
Motive said the investment will be used to accelerate the development of next-generation investment infrastructure across pensions and wealth, while supporting growth, innovation, scalability, expanded capabilities, and stronger connectivity across the investment ecosystem.
The deal comes as pension and wealth platforms face rising demand for more flexible infrastructure, broader access to private markets, and more customized retirement solutions.
