The deal marks a significant financing event for the company as demand grows for real-time data and analysis across commodity, maritime, defense, energy, dry bulk, power, and transport markets. Kpler said its management team will remain majority owners, while Insight Partners will stay on as a shareholder by rolling over part of its original investment. Five Arrows is exiting its stake.
Founded in 2014, Kpler builds intelligence products using proprietary data, advanced analytics, AI-powered technology, and expert market analysis. The company said the new capital will support expansion into adjacent markets, targeted growth initiatives, and faster product development.
The investment underscores continued investor interest in data infrastructure companies serving industries where market visibility, supply chain monitoring, and risk management have become increasingly important.
