InSoil, a climate finance company based in Vilnius, has secured a €120 million senior secured credit facility from Pollen Street Capital to expand lending to small and medium-sized agricultural businesses across Europe.

The financing will support growth in InSoil’s loan book and increase its capacity to provide mid-term debt capital to farmers and agri-SMEs adopting more sustainable farming practices. The underlying loans are backed by a guarantee from the European Investment Fund under the InvestEU programme.

Founded to channel institutional capital into regenerative agriculture, InSoil combines proprietary credit underwriting with climate measurement, including soil carbon credit issuance under the Verified Carbon Standard. The new facility highlights continued investor interest in specialty finance models tied to the agricultural transition and climate-focused lending.
