Innok Robotics, a Regensburg-based developer of autonomous mobile robots for industrial environments, has closed a financing round of more than €3.3 million in growth capital.

The round was backed primarily by business angel network Companisto, Mittelstand investor Prolimity Capital Partners, and private co-investors. The company did not disclose the round type.

Innok Robotics says it will use the new funding to scale operations, meet growing order intake, and broaden its product portfolio. That includes further development of its outdoor-capable HEROS robot platform and expansion into inspection and surveillance with its new INSPECTOS system.

Founded to build autonomous robots for real-world industrial settings, the company combines its hardware platform with in-house autonomy software, InnokCockpit. Its existing products include the watering robot RAINOS and the transport robot INDUROS.

The funding will also support expansion across Europe and other international markets as Innok Robotics prepares for a planned IPO in autumn 2026.
