Iceotope Group, a Sheffield-based provider of precision liquid cooling technology for data centers and edge infrastructure, has closed a $26 million Series B round.

The financing was led by Two Seas Capital and Barclays Climate Ventures, with participation from existing investors Edinv, ABC Impact, Northern Gritstone and British Patient Capital.

Iceotope said it will use the new funding to advance product and engineering development, expand its patent portfolio and accelerate ecosystem partnerships aimed at bringing solutions built on its technology to market.

The raise comes as demand for more efficient cooling systems grows alongside AI and high-performance computing workloads, which are putting increasing pressure on conventional air-cooled infrastructure. Iceotope develops chassis-based liquid cooling systems designed to replace traditional air cooling with liquid-based thermal management across infrastructure components.
