Graph Therapeutics, a Vienna-based biotech focused on inflammatory and immune-mediated diseases, has raised $5 million in new funding, the company said on 22 June 2026.

Paris-based venture capital firm Daphni joined the investor syndicate in the round, alongside existing backers SquareOne, Merantix Capital, and NAVEC Investment Management. The company also received additional non-dilutive grant support from the Austrian Research Promotion Agency and Austria Wirtschaftsservice.

Including the latest financing and grant funding, Graph Therapeutics said its total funding to date now exceeds $10 million.

The company said it will use the new capital to accelerate its internal pipeline, advance therapeutics programs in inflammation and immunology, and increase investment in asset programs.

Graph Therapeutics is developing a drug discovery platform that combines live patient cell models with machine learning to identify disease mechanisms, drug targets, and biomarkers in immune-mediated diseases.
