Znext has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Milan based digital media company Factanza Media for 5.1 million EUR. The transaction provides an exit for existing investors Primo Capital and Prana Ventures. Under the terms of the agreement, founders Bianca Arrighini and Livia ViganĂ² will continue to lead the company while maintaining the Factanza Media brand as an autonomous entity.
Factanza Media focuses on providing editorial and informational content for younger demographics through digital news and the Factanza Academy training platform. Znext plans to utilize the acquisition to build an integrated platform of technology companies. The capital and strategic support will be directed toward expanding training programs and media operations while developing the agency model. Furthermore, the investment is intended to bolster the company's growth in the sectors of education, employment, and wellbeing.
