According to the company, the new funding will be used to scale commercial growth, expand into new international markets, broaden its product portfolio, and accelerate development of new energy-harvesting power-management chips and product lines. e-peas said it also used the round to streamline its shareholder structure.
The financing comes as interest grows in battery-free and low-maintenance IoT systems, a segment often referred to as Ambient IoT.
