Gent-based startup Duely has raised €1.1 million in funding from ScaleFund, Golden Egg Check and ML6, alongside business angels including Philippe Vanhoef, Bart Baute, Louis Vercruysse, Vincent Dutordoir, Bartel Van Herreweghe and Wouter Van Assche.

Duely builds AI-native legal services for M&A, combining AI-driven document processing with human verification by its team and partners. The company says it can deliver legal work comparable to a law firm in less time and at lower cost, using a transparent per-page pricing model.

The new funding will be used to make M&A legal work faster, sharper and more accessible. The round adds to growing investor interest in startups applying AI to specialized professional services, particularly in high-volume legal workflows.
