Milan-based future of work company Cosmico has raised €12 million in a Series B round combining equity and debt, led by P101 SGR with participation from existing investors including Prana Ventures.
The funding comes as Cosmico completed the acquisition of Flatmates, a creator agency, marking a new step in the company’s expansion strategy. Cosmico said the capital will be used to support further acquisitions and broaden its future of work ecosystem across Italy and Spain.
Founded in 2020, Cosmico operates as a holding company focused on future of work services, spanning Talent-as-a-Service for digital professionals and creators, community-based employee engagement, and AI-supported team design.
