Founded in 2014, BrightAnalytics serves more than 1,300 customers with software for financial consolidation, management and statutory reporting, and FP&A. Its platform integrates with more than 400 ERP, accounting, and CRM systems, helping finance teams consolidate data into a single source of truth.
The company said the investment will support growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, while accelerating its expansion into France. BrightAnalytics also plans to broaden its AI-enabled product suite, including further investment in monthly financial close capabilities and additional FP&A tools.
Existing minority investors Smartfin and Coformaco will remain invested alongside the founders after the deal closes.
