Founded in 2024 by Julian Titz and Max Thilo, Asterix Health provides remote GP services to NHS practices through its DoctorOS platform, using GMC-registered doctors, including clinicians based abroad. The company is positioned around a growing pressure point in UK healthcare, as NHS practices face persistent workforce shortages and rising patient demand.
The new funding will be used to onboard additional NHS practices and expand Asterix Health’s network of remote GPs. The company says its model is designed to give practices access to more clinical capacity while maintaining governance through its CQC-registered healthcare provider structure.
