Proposed Austrian roof fund (Dachfonds) intended to act as a fund-of-funds investing in VC funds to increase follow-on financing for Austrian startups and scaleups. Concept and recommended design are based on an EcoAustria study and international best-practice examples (notably KfW Capital's ‚Wachstumsfonds‘).
