Spanish proptech Zazume has raised €2.3 million in a financing round combining debt and equity, led by Sabadell Venture Capital and Nordstar, alongside other investors.

Founded in early 2021, the company digitizes the full lifecycle of mid- and long-term residential rentals for small and medium landlords. Zazume said the new capital will be used to accelerate growth, strengthen its position in the professionalization and digitalization of Spain’s rental market, and expand its AI-based technology and financial services.

The funding comes as Zazume says it tripled revenue in 2024 and reached profitability at both EBITDA and cash flow level, a notable milestone for a relatively young proptech operating in Spain’s fragmented rental sector.
