The round was led by Act Venture Capital and Greencode Ventures, with participation from existing investor Atlantic Bridge. Ubotica announced the funding on June 23, 2026.
The company says the capital will support deployment of its platform for governments and maritime agencies, which use the system to detect emerging threats across large maritime territories in real time. The move comes as demand grows for tools that can monitor critical maritime infrastructure, shipping routes, and offshore assets more efficiently.
Ubotica has positioned itself around processing intelligence closer to where satellite data is captured, rather than relying solely on analysis after data is sent back to Earth. With this round, the company is aiming to bring that capability to market at greater scale.
