SWISSto12 has closed a $70 million Series C round, marking a new funding milestone for the Renens, Switzerland-based satellite systems and RF manufacturer.
The company said the capital will be used to expand manufacturing and integration capacity as demand rises from commercial and sovereign government customers across its HummingLink payload solutions and HummingSat geostationary satellite product line.
Founded in 2011 by Emile de Rijk, SWISSto12 develops smaller, software-defined and reconfigurable payload architectures, along with multi-orbit satcom platforms. The funding comes as the company reports $140 million in 2025 revenue and more than $500 million in total contract value, underscoring growing momentum in the market for flexible satellite infrastructure.
