Sereact, a Stuttgart-based AI robotics company, has raised $110 million in a Series B round led by Headline, with participation from Bullhound Capital, Daphni, and Felix Capital. Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from the University of Stuttgart by Ralf Gulde, the company develops software that gives industrial robots general-purpose visual and manipulation capabilities.

The new funding will support Sereact’s push into the US, including the opening of its first American office in Boston, while also helping scale Cortex 2.0, its latest robotics software platform. With this round, the company says total funding now exceeds $140 million.

Sereact says its software is already deployed in more than 200 systems across Europe and has processed more than 1 billion production picks, underscoring growing investor interest in AI tools designed for real-world industrial automation.
