London-based Scope has raised $20 million in funding led by Index Ventures, with participation from Susa Ventures, Entrepreneurs First, and Syndicate 1. Angel investors Mehdi Ghissassi, Cedric Pech, Naren Shaam, and Andy Szybalski also joined the round.

Scope develops an AI workflow platform for the testing, inspection and certification industry, a sector where many field teams still rely on manual reporting and legacy systems. Its software captures inspections through live audio, video, and notes, surfaces historical context in real time, automatically fills forms, organizes field data, and generates reports based on findings gathered onsite.

The company said the new funding will be used to grow its team in London and speed adoption among global inspection companies. The raise highlights continued investor interest in AI tools aimed at modernizing industrial workflows and reducing the administrative burden around critical field operations.
