Warsaw based startup Replenit has secured 2.5 million USD in pre-seed funding to develop an AI powered decision layer for the retail sector. The funding round was co-led by Movens Capital and Vastpoint. Additional investors include Logo Ventures, Digital Ocean Ventures, Finberg, Caucasus Ventures, and ElevenLabs Co-founder and CEO Mati Staniszewski.

Replenit aims to move retail automation beyond static rules and broad segmentation. The company is building a platform designed to interpret customer behavioral signals in real time to determine the next best action for individual consumers. By applying Machine Theory of Mind, the system intends to reason about customer intent rather than simply collecting data events.

The company plans to utilize this new capital to accelerate product development and research initiatives. The investment supports the startup goal of building an autonomous decision engine capable of scaling within the global retail commerce stack.
